Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Managing the prioritization of infrastructure improvement requests to be executed by restaurant custodial staff; * Weekly monitoring of adherence to the Selo Vale Way schedule; * Monitoring, executing, and closing SAP actions; * Supporting problem resolution across service areas; * Addressing and monitoring maintenance/construction requests; * Performing fieldwork, especially during critical or high-priority activities, requiring full-time presence—including outside regular working hours—while complying with legal provisions on overtime; * Weekly review of the PCM scheduling report; compliance with PTM; participation in DSS and FMDS; * Preparing detailed field surveys for budget preparation; * Preparing technical and progress reports on services; * Preparing monthly activity reports for contractors under supervision, aligned with established standards and guidelines; * Inspecting/controlling execution of pending items; * Weekly participation in SAP safety action meetings with TST; * Planning (maintenance services), scheduling restaurant closures, and informing the Coordination focal point; * Initiating PTS (scheduled and emergency), reporting deviations in forms when necessary; * Recording structural misuse deviations in RDO to support billing via invoice reconciliation; * Weekly meetings with the Inspection Department to identify and prioritize requests; * Verifying and approving the conformity of completed services against execution projects, contractual requirements, and technical specifications. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Technical qualification in Buildings; * Solid knowledge of OM management and SAP IM; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Active CFT license; * Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
