Responsibilities **What You Will Do and Work With:** Identify delinquent customers and recover outstanding receivables in accordance with internal procedures and defined schedules, aiming to meet established targets. **Your Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for receiving and verifying invoices related to the office’s administrative activities. * Enter relevant information into the management system. * Generate measurements or purchase orders and forward them to the finance department in accordance with internal procedures and established deadlines. * Monitor and control utility bills, ensuring records remain updated and organized, and that scheduled tasks are executed within defined deadlines.
