Job Summary: The professional will manage customer relationships, expand the market, provide technical support and training, and develop test fields for Caltec, a minerals company. Key Highlights: 1. Caltec is a national reference in fertilizer correctives and a pioneer in the Ferticorrection technique, combining technological advancement with sustainability to promote productive efficiency with environmental responsibility. **Responsibilities:** Customer Relationship Management: Plan strategic visits via CRM, ensuring strict adherence to routes and achievement of service targets; Market Expansion: Actively manage and prospect customer portfolios, identifying new business opportunities in the region; Technical Support and Training: Deliver technical training and provide specialized assistance to both distribution channels and end customers; Field Development: Identify, prepare, and conduct test/demonstration areas after formalization of negotiations; Demand Generation: Present performance results through demonstration field installations (side-by-side/demoplots), reinforcing the brand’s technical authority. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy; Solid technical knowledge of the predominant crops in the region; Proficiency in the fertilizer and plant nutrition market; Proven experience in agricultural input sales.
