**Job Description:** **Main Responsibilities:** **Order Management:** Receive meal requests from inpatient units, enter them into the system, and forward the requirements to the food service provider. **Prescription Control:** Print meal identification labels, ensuring compliance with prescribed diets and medical prescriptions. **Distribution Support:** Update pantry census reports to guide cafeteria staff in the accurate daily delivery of all meals. **Billing:** Register meals for companions covered by health insurance plans in the system and collect signatures for daily reconciliation with the Billing Department. **Customer Service:** Provide compassionate service to patients, companions, and visitors, addressing questions and directing food-related requests for prompt resolution. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education Minimum 6 months of experience in this role Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule at the Nova Lima unit **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Study grant * Vacation camp * Pharmacy benefit plan * Optum \- Psychological support platform and services * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (Bradesco) * SESC benefit program * Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance * Wellhub \- Gympass app providing access to gyms across Brazil and worldwide.
