Support in prospecting and developing new suppliers. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Junior Procurement Analyst** to join our Procurement team. We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, interested in growing within the procurement and supplier negotiation field. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and compare prices, lead times, and commercial terms; * Support negotiations with suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and track the process through to final delivery; * Maintain up-to-date supplier information and commercial terms in the internal system; * Monitor receipt processes for items, where applicable, including documentation, deadlines, and coordination with customs brokers; * Support the sales department regarding purchasing requirements; * Monitor delivery deadlines and intervene in cases of delays, discrepancies, or required adjustments; * Support procurement planning; * Assist in prospecting and developing new suppliers. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in procurement or similar roles; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Ability to work well in teams and collaborative mindset; * English proficiency is considered a plus. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive compensation; * Quarterly performance bonus; * Meal allowance; * Benefit card bonus; * Transportation allowance / Fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance. **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance **Experience:** * Procurement (Preferred) Compensation: R$2\.900,00 per month Selection Question(s): * What is your level of English proficiency?
