If you are proactive, passionate about technology, and eager to develop your career, this opportunity may be right for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support local network infrastructure maintenance (cabling, connectivity, and equipment) * Assist with basic switch and network point configuration * Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices * Perform installation, formatting, and configuration of IT equipment * Support corporate telephony system operations * Assist with CCTV and video surveillance system maintenance * Support physical access control systems * Organize racks, cabling, and technical rooms * Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM system * Support resolution of low- and medium-complexity incidents * Escalate high-complexity tickets as needed * Assist in updating technical documentation * Support field activities related to unit infrastructure **Performance Indicators:** * Response time (SLA) * First-contact resolution rate * Number of tickets handled * User satisfaction with service quality * Adherence to technical procedures * Physical infrastructure organization **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Networks, IT, Information Systems, or related fields **Knowledge Requirements:** * Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP) * Fundamental switching and connectivity concepts * Hardware support (computers, laptops, printers) * Basic structured cabling knowledge * Basic Windows operating system knowledge **Preferred Qualifications:** * Relevant courses or certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL Foundation) * Knowledge of CCTV or access control systems * Experience providing user support * Experience in corporate or industrial environments Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Production (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
