Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Quality methodologies and processes; * Strong assertive communication skills; * Highly organized; * Implement corporate People and Management strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and goals. * Act as an internal consultant, providing guidance and support to business areas on people-related and talent management matters. * Participate in meetings with business areas to identify needs and propose People and Management solutions. * Support the implementation of corporate leadership development programs, aiming to strengthen managers’ competencies. * Actively participate in the company’s strategic discussions, contributing insights and analyses regarding the impact of decisions on people and organizational culture. * Support, promote, and engage employees in climate and satisfaction surveys, identifying opportunities for improvement in people management, as well as jointly developing action plans with leadership and monitoring their execution; * Collaborate with unit leadership to identify training and development needs and manage all company-established capacity-building programs. * Deliver training and capacity-building activities, both in-person and online, to foster employee development. * Execute, manage, and monitor the entire onboarding process for newly hired employees to ensure new hires are onboarded according to the established program. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing corrective actions and improvements to people management processes. * Foster a culture of feedback and continuous development, promoting recognition initiatives and talent retention. * Support leadership in mediating conflicts and handling people management situations, seeking solutions that promote harmony and a positive organizational climate. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, communicating results and proposing strategic actions. * Assist leadership in team sizing and strategy formulation. * Responsible for deploying corporate endomarketing initiatives and designing ad-hoc actions to address specific unit needs; * Support and monitor quality-of-life and mental health programs. * Develop and oversee organizational people management policies across the company. * Ensure the company’s culture is communicated and reinforced among employees. * Monitor the performance evaluation process as well as individual development plans. * Responsible for People and Management metrics within the unit, conducting critical analyses and developing action plans when necessary. * Oversee internal and external audits for the unit; * Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the field, aiming at professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and contributing to continuous improvement. * Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility; 2512070202191851927
