As a **Technical Leader / Java Architect**, you will be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Hybrid position for the Brasília/DF region \=D** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Day-to-day expectations include:** * Technically lead three distinct system support cells. * Act as the liaison between business areas and technical teams. * Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and prioritization (incidents, improvements, and evolutionary adjustments). * Ensure technical quality and adherence to best practices in implemented solutions. * Support developers in resolving complex problems. * Participate in the definition and validation of architectural solutions. * Directly engage in development when necessary. * Conduct technical code and solution reviews. * Support backlog organization and delivery planning. * Identify technical risks and propose structural improvements to systems. * Perform production environment support and troubleshooting. * Support technical governance and solution standardization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What’s needed for our perfect match:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a technical leader or software architect. * Experience with microservices architecture * Experience with system modernization or restructuring * Knowledge of system integration and REST APIs * Experience with agile methodologies * Experience with observability and monitoring practices * Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous communication * Experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation * Knowledge of cloud computing **Desirable / Differentiators:** * Experience with microservices architecture * Experience with system modernization or restructuring * Knowledge of system integration and REST APIs * Experience with agile methodologies * Experience with observability and monitoring practices * Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous communication * Experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation * Knowledge of cloud computing **Additional Information** Infrastructure Allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
