Today, we have over 2\.300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá\-PR, and we operate more than 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** If you have questions about applying to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to all Transpanorama departments regarding embedded technologies (trackers/cameras/immobilizers); * Provide support via WhatsApp groups; * Open service tickets on embedded technology platforms to schedule maintenance; * Monitor required maintenance activities using embedded technologies; * Manage decommissioned equipment by requesting module deactivation, reducing monthly fees by 50%; * Issue material requisitions related to maintenance/installation of embedded technology; * Analyze service budgets for maintenance/installation/decommissioning of embedded technology (trackers/cameras/immobilizers); * Maintain updated information on team goals, reporting monthly to managers (management and coordination). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Experience in administrative activities * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Degree in Logistics or related fields. * Experience with systems such as Rodopar, Sighra, and New Enterprise. * Experience with invoice entries. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
