




Job Summary: Professional to assist in supplier research, management of export/import procedures, logistics, and communication with customers and international partners. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in meetings and training sessions **Responsibilities**: Research companies capable of providing services required for exporters' projects; Present the best option, provide instructions, and support throughout the process of structuring these services; Manage inquiries and procedures with suppliers/service providers; Answer importers' questions regarding product technical specifications and procedural matters related to purchasing, production, shipment, etc.; Oversee logistics and customs operations with customs brokers, freight forwarders, cargo agents, exporters, and importers; Prepare and issue shipping documents to customers and track international shipments until delivery, keeping stakeholders updated; Manage domestic and international events; Assess product registration requirements in target countries; Request, translate, and compile documentation into dossiers for obtaining such registrations; Manage payments for contracted services; Record exporter and customer details in Bitrix24; Participate in meetings regarding the Trader Export Department; Attend Trader training sessions; Quote and schedule sample shipments to importing customers. **Requirements**: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced English; Advanced Spanish; Prior experience in administrative support roles — experience in customer service and/or logistics is preferred; Availability to work onsite in Arapongas/PR from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday through Friday. **Benefits**: Commission; Meal allowance of R$22.00 per working day; Co-payment health plan (Unimed) — monthly premium fully covered by the company; Discount at partner gyms; Daily workplace gymnastics; Tuition assistance; Internal marketing initiatives.
