Develop AI-based solutions and task automations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT We are looking for an Information Technology professional with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and data analysis—proactive, analytical, and self-motivated, capable of mapping processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing technology-driven innovative solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Map, analyze, and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization; * Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, including building AI environments and architectures; developing intelligent agents; predictive analytics models; and decision-support systems; * Develop task automations and intelligent workflow solutions; * Perform data analysis, processing, and interpretation to generate insights; * Integrate AI solutions with existing databases and platforms; * Work with tools and services in Cloud and On\-Premise environments; * Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions; * Clearly communicate results, proposals, and impacts of developed solutions **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and data analysis. * Solid knowledge of Python; LLMs; AI tools; Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL); Cloud tools and services (Azure). * Experience building and managing AI environments and developing intelligent agents. * Hands-on experience with analytical and predictive models. * Ability to work autonomously, with high responsibility and initiative. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with automation tools (RPA, intelligent workflows, Power Automate, N8N). * Knowledge of ML, model versioning, and AI model deployment. * Experience in digital transformation and continuous process improvement projects. * Experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments. **Benefits:** Annual Bonus, Childcare/Babysitting Allowance, Discount Programs, Workplace Gym, Extended Maternity Leave, Performance Incentive Plan, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Sicoob University, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Wellhub, Zenklub
