RESPONSIBILITIES: In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support for pet owners and pets; scheduling of consultations, exams, surgeries, and procedures; data entry into the system; appointment confirmation; providing fee information; billing and collection of procedure fees. . WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, either from 07:00 to 15:36, or from 10:00 to 18:36, or from 13:00 to 21:36\. Two 12-hour shifts on Saturdays or Sundays per month.
