Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement Opportunity for a Mid-Level Data Analyst We seek a Data Analyst who goes beyond numbers—transforming information into strategic insights and supporting business decisions with clarity and impact. Responsibilities: * Work consultatively with business areas, translating data into practical actions; * Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses to support decision-making; * Generate strategic insights and build storytelling; * Develop, maintain, and enhance management dashboards and reports; * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability; * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis; * Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs); * And other duties relevant to the area. Technical Requirements: * Bachelor's degree relevant to the field; * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Advanced Excel; * Analytical capability and critical thinking in data interpretation; * Strong communication skills to translate data into insights for non-technical audiences. Desirable: * Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis; * Experience with relational databases and data modeling; * Experience with marketing, CRM, CX, or financial data; * Prior work experience in financial services or service-sector companies; * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and LGPD.
