Job Summary: Supervise hydraulic maintenance technical teams, plan work orders, ensure maintenance execution, and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Train and develop the technical team. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise hydraulic maintenance technical teams. * Plan and distribute work orders according to operational priorities. * Ensure execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on hydraulic systems. * Monitor performance indicators (availability, MTBF, MTTR, costs). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs) and internal procedures. * Conduct failure analysis and propose continuous improvements. * Control inventory of hydraulic parts, tools, and materials. * Support development of maintenance schedules and plans. * Train and develop the technical team. * Prepare technical and managerial reports. * Interface with production, engineering, and occupational safety departments. **Education:** * Technical or Technologist degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Hydraulics, or related fields. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is desirable. Salary and Benefits: * R$ 4.500,00 + P30 (R$1.350,00) * Meal allowance: R$ 442.00 * On-site meals * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:30–15:30, with a 1-hour break * Work location: Avenida Angelina Ricci Vezozzo, 86087-340, Industrias Leves, Londrina, PR Minimum Education Level: Extracurricular / Vocational Training
