Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Fiber Optic Installation Technician to activate new customers on-site, with experience in telecommunications installations and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Activate new residential and business customers. 2. Install and configure telecommunications equipment. 3. Provide initial technical support during activation. We are looking for a **Fiber Optic Installation Technician** to perform **new customer activations** on-site. If you are proactive, enjoy working in telecommunications, and have experience in installations and technical support, this role is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Perform activations of new residential and business customers. \- Install and configure telecommunications equipment (modems, routers, cabling, etc.). \- Ensure service quality by conducting on-site tests and validations. \- Provide initial technical support during activation. \- Record visit information in the system. **Requirements:** \- Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) \- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (travel is part of daily duties) \- Valid NR-10 and NR-35 certifications \- Strong communication and organizational skills. **Compensation:** BRL 4,200.00 (fixed) \+ Variable per activation: 72 ACTIVATIONS/MONTH (average of 3 activations/day) \- BRL 5,040.00 73 ACTIVATIONS/MONTH (more than 3 activations/day) \- BRL 6,205.00 96 ACTIVATIONS/MONTH (average of 4 activations/day) \- BRL 8,640.00 **Schedule:** Flexible shift schedule based on activation demand. **Work Location:** Curitiba and metropolitan area Job Type: Freelance / PJ Payment: BRL 4,200.00 \- BRL 8,640.00 per month
