




Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), identifying improvements, and maintaining high product standards. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), identifying improvements, and helping maintain the high standards of our products. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and inspect facility cleanliness and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations; * Collect samples for analysis; * Monitor and record quality control data during production; * Verify calibration and proper functioning of production equipment; * Inspect packaging, labeling, and storage processes; * Document non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions; * Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Assist in developing training materials and conducting employee training; * Monitor sector-specific legislation (MAPA/ANVISA). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Technical course in Food Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Prior experience in these activities; * Availability for on-site work in Mandaguari/PR; * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–11:30 AM and 12:45 PM–5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM–11:30 AM and 12:30 PM–5:00 PM; * Prior experience in food manufacturing industries will be considered an advantage.
