Job Summary: Junior Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for procuring productive and non-productive materials, managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, and negotiations with suppliers, as well as supporting continuous improvement. Opportunity to support continuous improvement and process standardization. ) Junior Purchasing Analyst will work within the Procurement Department, responsible for acquiring **productive and non-productive materials**, ensuring compliance with internal policies, global standards, and established deadlines. Will maintain ongoing interaction with **internal customers and national and international suppliers**. **Key Responsibilities** **Conversational English required** * Manage **purchase requisitions**, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. * Create, enter, and track **purchase orders in SAP**, ensuring data accuracy. * Conduct **quotations and negotiations** with national and international suppliers, where applicable. * Serve as the point of contact between **internal departments (internal customers)** and suppliers, ensuring alignment on timelines, costs, and specifications. * Support monitoring of contracts, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. * Contribute to reports, controls, and **Procurement Department KPIs**. * Support **continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, International Trade, or related fields**. * **Intermediate-level Excel proficiency**. * **Intermediate English proficiency** for communication and document reading. * SAP knowledge is considered a plus. * Experience in a structured corporate or multinational environment is a plus.
