Description
Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and networks)
Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment
Assist in the administration of local area networks (LAN), internet, and Wi\-Fi
Install, update, and configure operating systems and applications
Manage and organize the inventory of equipment and software.
Support access management, user accounts, and permissions
Monitor system operations and identify potential failures
Perform data backups and support information security
Document technical procedures and support activities performed
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP and Wi\-Fi routers)
Installation and configuration of corporate software and applications
Hardware maintenance (assembly, diagnosis, and component replacement)
Peripheral support (printers, scanners)
Basic information security concepts (backups, antivirus, access control)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Basic understanding of helpdesk ticketing systems (Ticket Dashboard)
Strong communication skills for user support
Ability to solve problems practically and efficiently
