Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Ability to read and interpret ISO 9001; * Experience in team leadership. * Monitor and maintain clean, organized, and fully operational work areas, equipment, tools, vehicles, docks, and logistics warehouses; * Assist in identifying new logistics partners such as freight carriers and general warehouses, referring them to coordination/management/directors for proper contract negotiations; * Contribute to identifying cost reduction opportunities within processes; * Support internal and external audits; * Execute, guide, control, and supervise the company’s freight payment management activities; * Execute, guide, control, and supervise the material cycle counting process as well as the annual physical inventory process; * Execute, guide, control, and supervise the company's material shipping process in all aspects: contact with ports and airports, coordination with carriers, transportation to port and airport, interaction with Sales department and customer requirements, etc; * Execute, guide, control, and supervise the company's material receiving process in all aspects: contact with ports and airports, coordination with carriers, transportation to warehouse, verification and storage of materials, documentation registration, and submission to Tax department; * Execute, guide, control, and supervise warehouse organization activities for materials in our warehouses, applying concepts of location control, batches, FIFO/FEFO; * Execute, guide, control, and supervise the invoice billing process in all aspects: coordination with Sales department, Production Planning (PCP), billing, and logistics teams and processes; * Prepare and present periodic management reports to management and directors; * Train, guide, and supervise logistics staff under their leadership (Loading and Unloading Inspectors, Forklift Operators, Assistants, Logistics Assistants and Analysts) and others; * Daily monitoring of scheduled cargo shipments and verification of any issues during transit until final destination; * Schedule bookings (containers, trailers, and vans) with shipping lines and transport providers for released cargo shipments; * Issue purchase requests or payment orders (products and services) when necessary; * Instruct reception staff regarding entry into the factory of any vehicles destined for receiving or shipping (trailers, containers, trucks); * Guide forklift operators in the handling of raw materials, finished products, and other goods to facilitate the shipping workflow, specifying which cargo should be loaded or unloaded and the respective carrier 2511120202181548564
