




Job Summary: This role involves pedagogical and socio-pedagogical support, team and instructor management, instructional design, and content application for participant development. Description: * Degree in Psychopedagogy or Pedagogy; * Experience in the training field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; * Completed High School education. What We’re Looking For: * A flexible, dynamic individual with quick learning ability and strong teamwork skills. Your Daily Responsibilities: * Class cohort monitoring (structure/night shift): scheduling and organizing class timetables, making necessary adjustments, managing the team—including instructor substitutions—and updating instructor schedules and programming; * Socio-pedagogical monitoring: active listening and emotional support, emotional assistance, social mediation, strengthening autonomy, and ongoing follow-up; * Participant support: providing teaching materials, addressing difficulties or questions regarding benefits or services, tracking attendance, and supporting individual and group development; * Daily safety reinforcement: guidance on safety importance, distribution of PPEs, daily usage checks, and reinforcement of safety regulations; * Instructor (volunteer) support: assistance with teaching materials and classroom setup, schedules, and announcements; * Curriculum content delivery to foster connection with participants: delivering social topics, health and well-being, relationships and family, citizenship and career development; monitoring and administering assessments; * Instructional Designer: responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, applying psychology- and education-based methodologies to create educational materials such as online courses, training programs, and corporate trainings 2512100202181890648
