Description

Job Summary: Responsible for programming, maintenance, and optimization of SMT equipment to achieve continuous improvement and resolve production process issues. Key Highlights: 1. Programming and configuration of SMT equipment 2. Leadership in preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT equipment 3. Development of continuous improvement projects **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for developing and configuring programs for SMT equipment, including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems; also performing line changeovers, parameter adjustments, and process optimization. * Lead inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for SMT equipment, conducting failure analysis, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure operational stability and efficiency of the production line. * Analyze and resolve defects and anomalies occurring during the SMT production process, ensuring product quality and production continuity. * Develop and implement continuous improvement projects, including poka-yoke (error-proofing) solutions, quality optimization, and cost reduction in the SMT process, supporting engineers and other technical departments in specific tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of basic electronic manufacturing processes; experience in PCBA production is considered a plus. * Familiarity with the complete SMT process flow, with proficiency in operating, configuring, and adjusting SMT equipment. * Basic knowledge of electronic component packaging, polarity identification, stencil usage, solder paste control and management, and solder paste printing quality inspection. * Problem analysis and resolution capability, with understanding of common SMT process defects and their potential root causes. * Technical English proficiency is considered a plus.
