Plan work schedules and manage resources effectively. **JOB: Operations Supervisor** As an Operations Supervisor I, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and logistical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the cleaning, maintenance, and logistical support team, ensuring all assigned tasks are executed in accordance with company guidelines and standards. * Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and guide staff in daily routines. * Resolve conflicts and promote a productive and safe work environment. * Plan work schedules, shift rotations, and time-off requests, ensuring adequate coverage across all areas and working periods. * Maintain appropriate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replenishments as needed. * Address any complaints or issues related to cleaning, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. * Proven experience as a Cleaning Operations Supervisor or in a similar role. * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage available resources effectively. * Technical knowledge of cleaning materials, techniques, and equipment. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve problems effectively. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Experience in **industrial settings or shopping malls** is preferred and considered a plus. **Benefits Offered** * 5x2 rotating schedule * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM * On-site meal * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * Psychosocial support (Acolher).
