Job Summary: Facility maintenance professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring proper functioning of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Technical course and NR-10 and NR-35 certifications preferred **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities; * Carry out electrical, hydraulic, masonry, and painting services; * Supervise and support third-party service providers; * Ensure proper functioning of the unit's physical infrastructure; * Identify and rectify facility system failures. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Prior experience in facility maintenance; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and general maintenance; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in related fields (Electrical, Construction, Maintenance, or similar); * NR\-10 and NR\-35 certifications (advantageous). Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B
