




Job Summary: A Senior Billing Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the billing cycle, contributing to the company's financial health. Key Highlights: 1. Interfaces with Commercial, Tax, and Accounting departments As a Senior Billing Assistant, you must ensure that each step of the billing cycle is executed accurately and within deadlines, directly supporting the company's financial health and revenue predictability. * Issue electronic invoices (for products and services) in compliance with current legislation. * Verify orders, contracts, and registration data prior to invoice issuance. * Manage cancellations, correction letters, and billing adjustments. * Interface with Commercial, Tax, and Accounting departments. * Monitor billing KPIs and support periodic closings. * Organize and archive physical and digital tax documents. * Address internal and customer inquiries regarding billing. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience. * Proficiency in billing/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. * Availability for second-shift hours \- on-site. **Preferred Qualification:** * Knowledge of the Whintor system.
