Router configuration and connection testing The Technical Assistant is responsible for providing technical support for activities related to their field of operation, assisting in task execution and problem resolution. This professional works under direct supervision, contributing to the smooth operation of team processes and projects. * Assist in internet service installation, including cable drop installation, optical fiber deployment and securing; * Perform optical fiber cable drop installation and securing; * Support customer activation and organization at the CTO; * Assist with fiber splicing and accommodation, as needed; * Configure routers, ONT/ONU devices, and test connectivity; * Verify signal levels and conduct speed tests; * Identify and resolve installation faults; * Organize internal cabling within residential premises; * Guide customers on basic router usage; * Record service orders and information in the system; * Comply with safety regulations and safeguard equipment; * Perform other related duties as directed.
