Job Summary: The Engineering Assistant will support the execution of building maintenance services, manage materials, assist in monitoring indicators, and prepare technical reports. They perform hydraulic installations, medical gas systems, electrical systems, data networks, telecommunications, lightning protection systems (SPDA), air conditioning, accessibility projects; microinformatics; equipment and furniture. As an **Engineering Assistant**, you will be responsible for: * Monitoring and supporting the execution of building maintenance services; * Managing and organizing materials used in refrigeration, hydraulic, electrical, and civil areas; * Assisting in monitoring and updating service performance indicators; * Supporting the preparation of technical reports and records of activities performed; * Contributing to meeting deadlines, quality, and safety requirements in operations. **What You Need:** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction; or * Undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering or Architecture underway (from the 5th semester onward); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Basic knowledge of construction materials; * Fundamental understanding of building maintenance processes.
