Coordinate, supervise, and ensure execution of HR routines and procedures at the unit level, guaranteeing alignment with corporate policies and contributing to a healthy, productive, and results-oriented work environment. Implement people management initiatives, ensuring process compliance, standardization, team development, and leadership support to achieve organizational goals. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and monitor HR routines, ensuring correct execution of internal processes, procedural standardization, and adherence to organizational policies defined by Head Office. Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, ensuring quality and cultural alignment in hiring, including candidate profile analysis. Plan, implement, and monitor training and development initiatives, ensuring continuous employee upskilling and preparing unit leadership in collaboration with Head Office. Monitor and analyze organizational climate, conducting diagnostics, tracking indicators, and proposing interventions to strengthen engagement and workplace well-being. Ensure proper application of HR policies, regulations, and processes, advising leaders and employees on best practices in people management, conduct, discipline, and performance management. Support and guide the Analyst in executing operational tasks, such as indicator tracking, assistance in selection processes, document organization, internal communication, and handling various operational requests. Provide technical support to unit leadership, participating in meetings, contributing analyses, directing actions, and mediating situations related to teams, conflicts, and performance management. Identify improvement opportunities within the unit, recommending adjustments to enhance process efficiency and alignment with Group needs. Track and analyze HR indicators and metrics, ensuring data accuracy and contributing analytical insights for functional area planning and goal setting. Ensure control and organization of HR documentation and records, maintaining compliance with internal audits, certifications, and Quality Department requirements. Support onboarding, internal communication, and team alignment, ensuring clarity of information and reinforcement of organizational values. Ensure unit organization (cleanliness, meal schedules, punctuality of transportation, front desk procedures, reporting to Head Office, etc.). Monitor service providers’ contractual compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree in HR Management / Psychology / Business Administration / or specialization in the field; Minimum 8 years of experience across all HR subsystems; Advanced Excel proficiency; Are you passionate about innovation, commitment, and quality?
