





**ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service; Maintain the store in excellent condition and uphold visual merchandising standards; Clean shelves, focusing on product pricing, helping to reduce losses due to expiration and damage; Check expiration dates of products approaching expiry and inform the manager; Provide support in customer service when necessary, by directing customers to appropriate departments, ensuring excellent service; Occasionally support other store areas by assisting in cashier operations, bath and grooming reception, contributing to team collaboration; Help organize the store's front area; Responsible for receiving, checking, and stocking store products; Verify invoices (product, quantity, expiration date, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** High school diploma completed; Basic computer skills; Experience in customer service required; Be patient and kind with animals and their owners; Availability for shifts; Skills in electronic spreadsheets and system data; Basic knowledge of inventory management; Basic knowledge of logistics;
