In-person, telephone, and digital customer service. ;**About the Position:** Reception connects customers and staff, ensuring a seamless experience, organizing workflow, scheduling, registration, and building relationships with customers. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in reception at salons, aesthetic clinics, or hospitals * Proficiency in basic computer tools and salon management systems. * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email, and social media. * Strong typing skills and written/verbal communication abilities * Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation. * Courtesy, organization, proactivity, and commitment **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and digital customer service * Schedule and operational workflow management * Payment collection and document issuance * Reception organization and environment setup * Conducting customer satisfaction surveys **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00; * Transportation allowance; * Commission or variable bonus after 3 months of experience; **Work Schedule and Location:** * Schedule: To be defined according to rotating shift schedule, with availability for alternate weekends and extended hours on high-demand days. * Location: Adrianópolis, Manaus/AM
