Preventive and systematic patrols Description: Education: * Completed High School Basic Knowledge: * Customer service fundamentals; * Gate agent training or experience; * MS Office Suite MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Control the entry and exit of materials according to departmental workflow; * Monitor the flow of people and vehicles entering and exiting; * Maintain barrier gate systems fully operational, checking for possible obstructions; * Supervise asset protection by conducting sector inspections, verifying doors and windows before and after each work shift, as well as in perimeter areas; * Conduct preventive and systematic patrols; upon identifying any non-conformance, immediately notify the direct supervisor and record it in the Incident Report / computerized system. 251204020218432398
