Job Summary: This Apprentice will support administrative and operational activities in the Procurement Department, using tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure clear and professional communication **Apprentice – Procurement Department** **Responsibilities** * Support administrative activities within the Procurement Department. * Assist in creating, updating, and organizing purchase orders and internal documents. * Help track purchase requests, delivery deadlines, and internal approvals. * Enter and retrieve information in control systems, with emphasis on **SAP**. * Prepare simple reports and support data analysis using **Microsoft Office** tools. * Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining clear and professional communication. **Technical Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)**. * Familiarity with computerized systems (SAP is a plus). * English proficiency is desirable due to the multinational corporate environment. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Work Location: Industrial Plant – Manaus.
