Coordinate logistics team activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance Plan and organize receiving, warehousing, material handling, and shipping operations Monitor logistics performance indicators Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct periodic inventories, and analyze discrepancies. Follow operational procedures and safety regulations Support management in optimizing logistics processes and reducing operational costs Address operational issues and improve logistics flows Support management in training and guiding the team, managing overtime banks, vacations, timekeeping, overtime hours, and preparing logistics performance reports and analyses Perform duties compatible with the department to contribute to the proper flow of company activities, acting proactively and preventively Act as a responsible professional aware of one's role and responsibilities toward achieving excellence, ensuring that one's behavior and conduct comply with the company's Code of Ethics.
