




Job Summary: Serve as the technical reference for communication, contributing to strategic projects, strengthening institutional positioning, managing crises, and ensuring visual identity and communication quality across diverse audiences. Ensure visual identity and communication quality **MISSION:** Serve as the technical reference in the field of communication, contributing to the implementation of strategic projects, strengthening institutional positioning, supporting crisis management, and ensuring the correct application of visual identity and communication quality with various audiences. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create, develop, and execute visual and institutional materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and corporate guidelines; * Develop audiovisual assets of varying complexity, including institutional videos, social media content, internal videos, and event documentation; * Plan, structure, and execute strategic communication projects, ensuring organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines; * Research, test, and propose new technologies, tools, and innovative solutions for the Communications area, aiming for efficiency, modernization, and improved audience experience; * Develop communication concepts, assets, and projects for internal, external, and institutional events; * Support the development and implementation of new signage, ensuring alignment with visual identity, information clarity, and enhanced user experience; * Act as brand guardian, ensuring correct use of visual identity across all materials and channels; * Manage internal communication channels, ensuring timely updates, consistency, and engagement; * Identify, develop, and propose relevant topics for internal audiences; * Produce, review, and layout texts for internal announcements, campaigns, and institutional materials; * Plan, create, and execute internal communication campaigns; * Organize and conduct internal events, aligned with involved departments; * Conduct photographic coverage and video production for activities, initiatives, and events; * Provide support and interface with internal departments, understanding their needs and proposing communication solutions; * Support the preparation of the department’s monthly activity and results report; * Support the layout of presentations, reports, and institutional materials for internal departments; * Publish and update content on the Intranet; * Develop, prepare, and/or layout various strategic presentations, ensuring information clarity, visual consistency, and alignment with institutional guidelines; * Plan, create, and produce social media content, aligned with the department’s strategy and supporting digital engagement initiatives; * Organize and conduct initiatives and events targeting passengers and other strategic audiences; * Update the institutional website and produce content, ensuring usability, clarity, and brand adherence; * Interface with and support press relations, when required; * Support crisis management activities, in accordance with departmental and company guidelines; * And other duties pertinent to the role. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related fields. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and charts); * Knowledge of social media and digital media management; * Familiarity with graphic editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing; * Experience managing corporate communication channels; * Experience producing diverse content (text, audio, video, and graphic design); * Experience planning and executing campaigns and events; * Ability to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Microsoft 365; * Proficiency with videoconferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet); * Familiarity with collaborative tools and cloud storage (SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive); * Willingness to travel. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Analytical ability, contextual sensitivity, and strategic vision; * Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools; * Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; * Advanced Excel skills. **Why us?** Our purpose is: CONNECT TO TRANSFORM But what does “Connect to Transform” mean?
