This professional is in a learning and skill-development phase, working under the supervision of a more experienced professional. * Operate flexographic printing presses following standard operating procedures and safety standards. * Prepare the machine for production startup, including installation of clichés, inks, and substrates. * Monitor the printing process, conducting regular inspections to ensure printed product quality. * Adjust printing parameters as needed, under the guidance of a more experienced professional. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe and productive environment. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance knowledge of printing techniques and machine operation. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical training in printing or graphic arts is a plus. * Strong desire to learn and develop skills in flexographic printing. * Prior experience in production environments is desirable but not mandatory.
