Job Summary: The Artisan will be responsible for a wide range of residential and commercial maintenance and repair activities, including roof cleaning, painting, ceiling repairs, floor reinstallation, window assembly, and pipe installation. Your primary tasks will include roof cleaning, tile fixing, wall painting, ceiling repairs, reinstalling wooden floors, window assembly, floor laying, pipe installation, and hydraulic network repairs, among other activities related to civil construction, carpentry, and plumbing. Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess strong manual skills, good motor coordination, and familiarity with basic construction tools and techniques. Additionally, experience in building maintenance services and fields such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing is desirable. Required: * NR 35 certification (up-to-date)
