Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Fleet Assistant to provide operational support, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in vehicle movements while guaranteeing smooth operations. Contribute to operational smoothness and customer satisfaction We are looking for a **Fleet Assistant** to provide operational support, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in vehicle movements within the yard, between units, and with external suppliers, thereby guaranteeing smooth operations and an excellent experience for our customers. **Responsibilities** You will be responsible for: * Supporting fleet control and movement activities through vehicle inspections, recordkeeping, and vehicle dispatch; * Performing vehicle maneuvers and driving between units and external suppliers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with internal regulations; * Conducting periodic vehicle checklists to ensure proper usage conditions, maintenance, and inspection; * Assisting in yard organization by verifying vehicle movements and positioning according to operational guidelines; * Contributing to operational smoothness and customer satisfaction while maintaining Reche’s quality standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Brazilian driver's license Category B (mandatory); * Experience in vehicle maneuvering and driving; * Knowledge of vehicle checklist preparation; * Prior experience in yards, rental companies, or logistics operations involving fleets is desirable; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and care in handling vehicles. **If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy working with vehicles in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we want to meet you!** We believe in everyone's potential!
