Job Summary: A professional to monitor and guide a third-party security team, inspecting posts and ensuring customer peace of mind within the property. Key Highlights: 1. Support and guide the security team for efficient operations This professional will work on-site monitoring the third-party security team and inspecting posts throughout the property. The objective is to oversee operations, guiding the team in the mall and across the entire property perimeter, reporting any incidents or deviations from security standards, thereby providing customers with a sense of peace of mind. **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: Inspect work posts and guide security guards, ensuring compliance with Sumaúma standards Identify non-conformities and act swiftly to correct deviations Monitor and ensure immediate replacement of posts in cases of absences or leave Ensure adherence to procedures agreed upon with suppliers Record incidents, prepare reports, and keep operational controls updated Monitor radio communication, ensuring proper functionality and making adjustments when necessary Support and guide the security team, contributing to an organized, efficient, and secure operation **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Desired experience in this role; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to operate radio communication equipment and understand security codes; Availability to work rotating shifts and varying hours. **Additional Information** Caju Multi-Benefits; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance, Parking Card, or Uber; Pharmacy Partnership; Optical Partnership; New Fit Gym; SESC Partnership; Exclusive discounts and benefits at various stores within the shopping center. **Sumaúma Park Shopping** is located in the North Zone of Manaus, more precisely in the Cidade Nova neighborhood.
