Job Summary: A professional responsible for in-person and telephone reception, providing support to store tenants, suppliers, customers, and employees, while assisting with administrative routines. Assistance with administrative routines of the department The candidate will be responsible for in-person and telephone reception at the shopping center's administration desk, providing support to store tenants, suppliers, customers, and employees, as well as assisting with the department’s administrative routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and telephone reception services at the administration desk; Receive and direct store tenants, suppliers, service providers, and visitors; Handle customer service (SAC), providing information and routing requests; Create and update system registrations; Receive, forward, and manage correspondence, packages, and documents; Assist with meeting scheduling and room organization; Provide support for administrative department requests at the shopping center. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Experience in customer service or reception.
