We value proactive professionals who constantly seek better ways to deliver excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document Management: Provide support and assistance across the full document lifecycle — drafting, updating, and tracking documents during revisions or creation — always under supervision of the Quality Analyst; * Identification and Analysis of Nonconformities: Monitor deadlines for nonconformity resolution and ensure completion of the PDCA cycle, always under supervision of the Quality Analyst; * Committee Management: Schedule committee meetings and manage deadlines for delivery of minutes and action plans, always under supervision of the Quality Analyst; * Indicator Management: Monitor deadlines for submission of critical indicator analyses; * Quality Audit Management: Monitor timelines and control all reports and documentation related to internal and external audits; * Sanitary Inspection Management: Manage information related to certification processes, including reports, documentation, and physical organization of mandatory documents required by ANVISA; * Patient Experience: Daily monitoring of hospital occupancy (e.g., birthdays, “Day of Wishes”, “Joyful Discharge”) and dissemination of surveys — via WhatsApp bulletin. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Knowledge of Quality Tools; * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint — Intermediate/Advanced); * Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS); * Prior experience in a hospital setting is required; * Knowledge of ONA Manual processes (preferred). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday). **Salary:** BRL 2,242.00 + BRL 324.20 (Hazard Pay).
