Preparation of reports, market research, and support for promotions **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for analyzing procurement and sales processes, performing product replenishment and acquisition, maintaining relationships with domestic and international suppliers, and ensuring appropriate information and operational flow within the procurement department, thereby contributing to supply continuity, commercial competitiveness, and company performance. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Analyze procurement and sales processes. Perform product replenishment and acquisition of new items according to demand and commercial strategy. Contact domestic and international suppliers, maintaining continuous relationships for negotiations and alignment. Analyze, prepare, and update various procurement-related reports, including cost, inventory, and performance reports. Conduct market research and collaborate on pricing strategies. Develop and support promotions aligned with commercial strategies. Create and propose sales initiatives to improve results. Manage and monitor international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations. Perform purchasing assistant duties during absences to ensure operational continuity. Analyze sales forecasts (weekly), track order portfolios and market trends to identify potential risks or opportunities. Provide weekly support in producing procurement department management reports. Issue Debit Notes (DN) as required.
