Job Summary: Responsible for the final packaging of finished products, operating equipment, and performing quality control and material handling. Key Highlights: 1. Support the polystyrene plant operations across multiple fronts 2. Operate bagging machines, scrap grinders, and forklifts 3. Prepare reports and control the quality of finished products Be responsible for the final packaging of finished products, ensuring correct weighing, batch identification, formation, and labeling according to each product's packaging standard. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support polystyrene plant operations, working in packaging, finishing, load preparation, and material handling. * Operate bagging machines (big bags and sack lines), scrap grinders, and forklifts, adjusting parameters and switching silos as instructed. * Perform truck loading, batch opening and closing, and coproduct process control. * Prepare reports, complete spreadsheets, and verify pallets, sacks, and finished product quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * NR 11 – Forklift Operator. * NR 35, NR 12, 13, 17, 20, 33 and 35\. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic courses in Instrumentation, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, and Chemistry. * Completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields. **Additional Information** What we offer: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * On-site cafeteria * Food basket * Chartered transportation and/or on-site parking * Pharmacy benefit program * TotalPass * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) We are a petrochemical industry manufacturing styrenic products: ethylbenzene (EB), styrene monomer (SM), general-purpose polystyrene (GPPS), high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), expandable polystyrene (EPS), the pioneering ECO\-PS containing up to 30% post-consumer material, and PS\-3D for 3D printer filaments.
