




Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring the quality of business customer access, performing fieldwork with EPOs, and proactively monitoring transmission equipment alarms for fault diagnosis. A culture that values innovation, diversity, and professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Ensure quality of business customer access and certification of stations; * Conduct contractual compliance inspections of EPOs; * Ensure achievement of area quality indicator targets; * Perform fieldwork with EPOs in recurrent cases; * Availability for travel to remote locations for quality initiatives; * Availability for overnight on-call shifts; * Maintain spare parts inventory at the maintenance center — proficiency in SAP inventory module; * Proactively monitor transmission equipment and customer alarms for fault diagnosis. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
