Conduct spare parts quotations, register items in the system, manage inventory, ensure inventory accuracy, and update records. Monitor building maintenance activities, verifying adherence to the maintenance plan and response times to service requests. Track KPIs related to spare parts fulfillment, working to minimize operational disruptions caused by material shortages. Assist in audit processes by providing relevant information, reports, and evidence concerning inventory and maintenance activities. Previous experience as an Engineering Assistant, Engineering Intern, Engineering Technician, or Technical Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
