Launch your career in the digital world and join a team dedicated to innovation! \#JoinBemol **Position based in Manaus/AM.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **At Bemol, your key missions will include:** * Promoting digital and agile solutions by conducting research and developing innovations to improve internal Bemol business processes; * Using analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive process optimization and enhance customer experience; * Analyzing and processing relevant data to support strategic decision-making; * Developing internal-use applications to streamline workflows for other departments within this unit; * Optimizing reports to increase agility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You should have:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * An analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach; * Experience building media reports and dashboards; * Proficiency in Power BI and programming languages—Python preferred; * Familiarity with process automation tools and technologies, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation); * Ability to identify opportunities for task and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce errors. **Internal Criteria:** * Minimum tenure at the company: 3 months * Functional Evaluation Score: 27 points or higher **Additional Information** **Selection Stages:** * Internal Criteria Assessment * Digital Challenge * HR and Department Interviews * Final Result Please remember to include up-to-date information about your academic background, professional experience, and personal details in your application.
