The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting production activities, following the instructions of their immediate supervisor and ensuring the quality and efficiency of processes. This professional performs operational tasks, carrying out simple and repetitive tasks within the manufacturing environment. * Sort and organize materials and supplies required for production * Assist the operator in handling, measuring parts, and preparing materials for production, identifying and bundling finished materials. * Assist in assembling and preparing equipment and machinery * Support the supply of production lines, following the operator’s or production leader’s instructions. * Clean and organize the workplace * Sort materials for reuse and/or storage, as instructed by the operator or production leader. * Meet manufacturing deadlines, ensuring completion for delivery within the scheduled period. * Ensure workplace safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) * Participate in training and development programs related to production activities * Contribute to achieving the production targets established by the company
