**Position:** Logistics Operations Assistant
**Location:** Manaus (MAO)**/ Number of openings:** 01
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed High School education;
* Strong interpersonal skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dynamic, creative, and proactive;
* Ability to work with goals and deadlines;
* Attention to detail and accuracy;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC (Excel);
* Experience and knowledge of SAP and WMS systems;
* Planning and organizational skills;
* Interpersonal skills;
* Problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):**
* Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Analyze and develop performance indicators;
* Conduct productivity analysis across the entire operation and process mapping;
* Support managers in report analysis, identification of non-conformities, and development of action plans;
* Perform operational closings;
* Analyze data and prepare reports based on operational indicators;
* Participate in periodic meetings with clients and the operations team;
* Identify opportunities and develop new processes to improve inventory accuracy;
* Manage production controls, productivity, absenteeism, capacity, training, system access permissions, and assist with internal and external audit controls;
* Operational team management;
* Experience in receiving, picking, and shipping workflows.
