




Job Summary: Assist in food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and occasionally in protein cutting, following food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing raw foods and snacks 2. Assistance in cleaning the kitchen and workplace area 3. Possibility of substituting for meat cutting tasks **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in preparing raw foods at the client's infrastructure URP, according to pre-established menus; * Prepare rice, beans, farofa, and side dishes according to pre-established recipes, adhering to nutritional and food safety guidelines; * Assist in preparing snacks; * Assist in kitchen cleaning; * Assist in periodic cleaning and sanitation of the workplace area; * May substitute for the butcher in cutting protein pieces according to per capita requirements and preparations specified in pre-planned daily and/or shift menus; * Perform related tasks as determined by immediate supervisor; **REQUIREMENTS** * Incomplete elementary education; * Basic knowledge of food handling and food safety; * Demonstrated refined palate; * Attention to detail; * Initiative, dynamism, and agility; * Teamwork and empathy; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.765,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen experience (preferred) Work Location: On-site
