It is precisely such sighs we strive to elicit — working ever harder and better. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement continuous improvement projects in the warehouse, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction. * Monitor and track departmental performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions as needed. * Conduct expense and investment analyses related to materials management. * Apply the ABC curve methodology to classify and prioritize inventory items. * Evaluate and propose improvements to material storage, handling, and unpacking processes. * Develop and implement operational standards for logistics activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. * Support internal and external audits related to materials management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Project management techniques (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). * Quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, FMEA, among others). * ABC curve analysis and inventory management. * **Languages:** Intermediate English and/or intermediate Japanese preferred. **Additional Information** "The *YAMAHA Group operates its own channel to publish job opportunities.
