**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the execution of personnel movement and hiring request workflows, ensuring they meet departmental needs;
* Manage the entire pre-admission process, including scheduling medical exams, collecting documents, and registering approved candidates in the system;
* Ensure, through onboarding, that employees receive all information regarding HR benefits and policies (payroll, electronic timekeeping, vacation, etc.), and guarantee timely signing of all documents related to the newly hired employee’s benefits;
* Analyze unit-level HR indicators to identify opportunities for improvement;
* Assist employees by addressing their questions related to the unit’s Personnel Administration area via the service center, ensuring quality and agility in service delivery;
* Internal marketing initiatives;
* Planning capability;
* Serve as a communication channel between managers and their teams, facilitating effective communication and fostering an appropriate organizational climate for all activities;
* Prepare reports with indicators and metrics to support decision-making;
* Support alignment and integration strategies among managers, employees, and business interests to improve internal processes;
* Strong ability to mediate interests and resolve conflicts;
* Guide managers on best practices for employee development;
* Propose and implement organizational development programs and manage strategic people management;

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
