Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and maintaining the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. Vehicle documentation organization We are seeking a Fleet Assistant responsible for controlling and maintaining the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring proper usage, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track daily vehicle usage within the fleet; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance (inspections, repairs, part replacements); * Manage fuel refueling, fuel consumption, and mileage tracking; * Organize and maintain up-to-date vehicle documentation (licensing, insurance, traffic fines); * Monitor accidents, damages, and coordinate claim filings with insurance providers; * Ensure compliance with internal vehicle usage policies; * Support distribution of vehicles to operational teams; * Prepare cost, performance, and fleet maintenance reports; * Collaborate with managers and external teams to optimize fleet operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical course in administration or logistics is desirable); * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and control systems; * Brazilian driver's license, Category B. **Additional Information** **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Planning and control capabilities; * Analytical mindset and strong sense of responsibility. **Advantages:** * Experience managing operational fleets (external technicians); * Knowledge of cost control and fleet performance indicators.
